Since 1999, The Indialantic Chamber Singers (ICS) has been a vocal
presence in Brevard County, Florida and beyond. The ICS is a
professional quality mixed-voice group of about 40 auditioned
voices. Membership is composed of degreed musicians, choral
arts
professionals and experienced amateur vocalists. The ensemble
performs a variety of both accompanied and a capella
works in many traditions, including sacred, traditional and
contemporary.
The ICS demands the highest level of
professionalism in every performance and the singers challenge
themselves to continually raise the bar of performance standards.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Indialantic Chamber Singers
believes that
choral music nurtures the human spirit and is integral to the
preservation and development of our cultural arts. The ICS' goal is to be a respected, financially sound and valued arts
organization whose performances will enrich, inspire, entertain,
educate, and develop large and diverse audiences of all ages through
quality performances of choral music.
